What is the total cost to get started?

To get started you will need the system hardware ($200), the installation and training fee ($150), and an ongoing subscription starting at $39 per month. If you add the optional home safety survey that is an additional $75. The all-in startup cost with the monthly plan is $350, or $425 if you include the survey.

Is the subscription required or optional?

The subscription is required to access the full system, including remote caregiving features, video calling, family app access, and monitoring. Without an active subscription the device's full capabilities are not available. You have the option to pay monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Can I cancel the subscription if it does not work out?

Yes. Every plan includes a 60-day money-back guarantee, and the monthly plan can be cancelled anytime online. There is no penalty for cancelling the monthly or yearly plan.

Will this affect my loved one's regular cable or satellite service?
